In this unit of work students learn food technology skills, food photography and graphic manipulation skills. The students design a healthy eating website and add the recipes & photos of the foods they prepare to the site. They use a portfolio to document their progress through the design process.

In this unit of work, students use a variety of materials to design and make a memories box style frame. Students create a 3 dimensional collage about themselves to decorate the interior of the memory box. Students document their progress through this task using an electronic folio.
